The hotel is quite central, only 5 minutes away from Sol, and offers a new property with very friendly and helpful service. The rooms didn't have any daylight but were shielded from external noises, equipped with windows to the hotel patio, but missed a bedside lamp for reading. The dining options were simple, suitable for a quick breakfast with fresh seasonal fruits. The location is amazing, being walkable to many scenic places in the center of Madrid.

The hotel had very neat, spacious rooms with everything we needed, equipped kitchen, comfy bed, warm bathroom, and real heating. The service was exceptionally helpful and friendly, even entering the room to assist. The location was amazing, very central and close to some of the main sights in Madrid. The dining was simple, with limited breakfast options. The price was considered a bit high for the dining quality.

The hotel was perfect for us - my two sons and I. The rooms were tiny and quite noisy, but overall nice. The service was warm and extremely pleasant, making our stay enjoyable.
